“The hotel was actually beautiful and there was so many different little things there. But I wanna give it two stars because of the mattress there was like a sink hole in the mattress. If you will, it was awful. I did not sleep and of course I was catching an airplane. Definitely need to upgrade the mattresses.”

“For the price this place is good. The a/c was cold but loud. The building needs updating but the staff are very nice and the place is clean. It was easy enough to drive to but it isn’t anywhere near to downtown. The hotel feels safe. ”

“This is a nice hotel, but what makes it so special is the staff is incredibly hospitable. They really care. I stay here on a regular basis just because of the staff. I highly recommend this place. They treat you like family!”

“Everything is good. Hard to interact with one of the front desk employee her name is Terry; she doesn’t want to help at all starting from no water bottle to dispense, doesn’t want to look at my reservation and answer my questions saying that I ca ask the following day when she leaves!”

“Before arriving I called the hotel to let them know we will be coming in later and they completely understood. Upon arriving we noticing the hotels well maintained environment even though the hotel is located at the South but it was very well taken care of. Breakfast was so yummy and would always be refilled.”

“I had a good stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Austin South. It’s a solid business hotel with everything you need for a comfortable trip. The room was clean and well kept, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and I appreciated having access to a pool, gym, and bar/lounge. The staff was welcoming and nice. The location was also convenient, close to the freeway and near a Walmart, which made quick stops easy. Overall, a reliable and very pleasant place to stay in Austin.”

“When I arrive to our room it was stuffy and warm. No staff at the front desk when I arrived. Food was good.”

“Front person was by themselves but was processing new guests quickly. Parking is plenty just make sure you get you dash pass ao you dont get towed. Room is basic, small tv, small fridge, small microwave. Kinda like a dorm room. Shower pressure is kinda weak but beds had no bugs and mattresses were good enough. For the price and just needing a place the night before a flight it well do. Would not to any extended stay there but for a quick visit its sufficient. ”

“No ice machine, no light bulbs in room, no reusable cups, no coffee maker. Refrigerator worked well. No trash can. Booked 3 nights stayed 1. Beds were nice, room fairly clean. Get what you pay for. Good for people working in town and going home on weekends maybe. Will not stay there again. Booked for 3 nights and stayed one night.”
