“Large rooms, very good air conditioner, very comfortable beds. Staff at the front desk were very nice and efficient.”

“Stayed Friday to Sunday, told front desk Saturday hey our microwave does not work. Issue was not resolved. When checking out I brought it up and the lady avoided my concern by asking do you want your receipt. Elevator smelled so bad including the hallways like paint and chemicals. Not going there again for what I was charged.”

“Staff need to be more assertive while facing an incident with a possible fire. There were not enough staff members at night to support customers during the emergency. Nee to be more proactive and clear.”

“The light in.the.bathroom flickered really bad, and the light in the bedroom ceiling fan not.work. I reported.nothe of these to maintenance and nothing was ever done. Also, when we.got ready.to go to bed, we discovered that the.mattress.pad was on top of.the sheets and.under the spread. I personally pulled them off and put.them in a.corner, and again, told.the front desk. And.no one ever came and remade.the beds.”

“It was a good stay other than at 6AM smoke detector in our room started going off...it was the craziest alarm clock I've ever had and scared the absolute hell out of us...and then it just turned off on its own and we fell back asleep and then it happened again at 7AM I honestly have no idea what was going on we didn't even reach out to front desk we just kept going back to sleep there was no fire . It was ringing down the halls in other rooms too”

“Lots of lighting, AC was cold but loud, refrigerator and microwave seemed cleaned up inside, surfaces were not cleaned, bed was large and okay, room was good size. Tv wouldn't work. Needs updates and fixing and cleaning. Elevator was old, dirty and hot. quiet and good location. a decent price. Check-in was quick but not friendly. 10 minutes from the airport. For location and price, was acceptable for 1 night and 1 night only.”

“The worst experience at a hotel I have ever had. When it's just one or two things, I am willing to overlook. But I had a long list of issues at this property. No Wi-Fi for the entire stay. This caused a major disruption, as we had a scheduled work call that could not be taken. Cellular reception in the room was also extremely poor, Additionally, our children were very upset as they were unable to access their shows. In-room phone not working. Each time we had a question or needed...

“Terrible! Probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in! No place to hang clothes, no closet space, only one dirty lamp, terrible TV (few stations) no room service,no amenities! Overall an awful, dirty dive!!!!”
