“Very noisy room facing the freeway. Had a domestic dispute in the room next door and called the desk bc it sounded scary. Not sure the desk responded. Couldn’t wait to leave.”

“Our room was clean and quiet. I actually thought we were the only people in the hotel until the next morning when we went downstairs for breakfast. Breakfast was also good. They kept running out of certain items but refilled pretty quickly.”

“Everybody was nice! From my arrival with Dominic in the garage to I'm sorry I didn't get the gentleman's name at the front desk that checked me in, and to Reese as well in the garage. The room was gorgeous. The beverages were amazing. And I just loved my time in the pool as well.”

“The room wasn’t cleaned. It smelled like smoke. I request to change room once I noticed how dirty it was and they said they would put a note for the morning shift. Didn’t hear anything so I went to check in the afternoon and said I was supposed to do that in the morning that even though there was a note I was to check before 11am. They did not mention that the day before when I made the request. The restroom had hairs on the floor. The room wouldn’t cool with the AC on at the lowest. Previous...
