“The type of room we booked wasn’t available at check-in. The hotel didn’t bother to notify us but did manage to send us an email about the parking fee. The hotel did put us in another type of room, but the sense was the hotel staff knew we couldn’t cancel. If we did we’d lose our money, so take it or leave it.”

It was hot in there and trash and grime and the buttons were sticky the ac units that’s were next to the elevator on the 3rd floor was covered in mold and the carpet was wet from the water dripping from the ac as well. “This is a very simple hotel but I did not lack anything. Everything was very clean. The room was large with a regular side fridge and small burners. The staff is super nice! Right on I35.”

Also, when we.got ready.to go to bed, we discovered that the.mattress.pad was on top of.the sheets and.under the spread. I personally pulled them off and put.them in a.corner, and again, told.the front desk. And.no one ever came and remade.the beds.”

“This had to be the worst hotel/motel I had ever stayed at. We had a pipe burst in our home and needed somewhere to stay for a couple of days. The outside of the building just looks sad, it hasn't been maintained. The front desk staff was wonderful! The room was not. The floors were sticky, it was clear that nothing had been cleaned. The tables had some kind of substance on them and the mirrors both had not been cleaned. I had two rooms, one for me and one for my adult children. Their room reeked...
