To my surprise this hotel really is as EXCELLENT as everyone said! Truly a gem that far exceeds other hotels in the area. “Our room was clean and quiet. I actually thought we were the only people in the hotel until the next morning when we went downstairs for breakfast. Breakfast was also good. They kept running out of certain items but refilled pretty quickly.”

“The room wasn’t cleaned. It smelled like smoke. I request to change room once I noticed how dirty it was and they said they would put a note for the morning shift. Didn’t hear anything so I went to check in the afternoon and said I was supposed to do that in the morning that even though there was a note I was to check before 11am. They did not mention that the day before when I made the request. The restroom had hairs on the floor. The room wouldn’t cool with the AC on at the lowest. Previous...
