“We were very happy with our stay at the Fairfield Inn in Buda, Texas. The rooms were very clean, the breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious, the staff was super friendly and helpful. Also, I really loved the area where the hotel is located and felt safe taking morning walks. I highly recommend staying here.”

“When we first arrived the employees were very nice and was a good start. Then we walked down to our room and the haul smelled pretty bad and was very hot. Then we went in our room and it smelled like cigarettes. I believe that is from the smoke coming from the halls going underneath the door. People would smoke right outside the doors on both sides. Plus the pool was very very dirty. My son went out there to swim the first day and it was so disgusting.”

“The type of room we booked wasn’t available at check-in. The hotel didn’t bother to notify us but did manage to send us an email about the parking fee. The hotel did put us in another type of room, but the sense was the hotel staff knew we couldn’t cancel. If we did we’d lose our money, so take it or leave it.”

“First and foremost, I was deceived! When checking in, the lobby was dirty, and smelled HORRIBLE! The front desk girl was nice but lobby was terrible. After that, the elevator were DISGUSTING. It was hot in there and trash and grime and the buttons were sticky the ac units that’s were next to the elevator on the 3rd floor was covered in mold and the carpet was wet from the water dripping from the ac as well. The rooms were even worse, the bathroom was covered in mold, and the water did not get...
