“This was a terrible experience an glass door fell on my daughter the first day of my stay and they did nothing they didn’t even clean up the glass until the next day afternoon they mad us stay in the room with no accommodation for the incident they are even trying not to give me a refund”

“Nice entryway with water, coffee, fresh fruit offered. Breakfast was waffles, bacon, eggs, potatoes, cereal, oatmeal... King room spacious and clean. Only one elevator was working and the electronic entry for the door closest to our room wasn't working. ”

“I like how the front desk was trained on not saying my room number out loud. I like that they have a microwave in the unit and dishes to use and a dishwasher. It felt really clean and it was a great quality stay. I felt safe because of the two deadbolt locks inside my unit.”

“I had a good stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Austin South. It’s a solid business hotel with everything you need for a comfortable trip. The room was clean and well kept, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and I appreciated having access to a pool, gym, and bar/lounge. The staff was welcoming and nice. The location was also convenient, close to the freeway and near a Walmart, which made quick stops easy. Overall, a reliable and very pleasant place to stay in Austin.”
