“Oh where do I start!! Clerk didnt code the keys correctly hiked back to main office to get this corrected and he was gone not for a few minutes for a half hour. Get the keys coded. Finally get into room it has FLIES more than 10 flying everywhere. We managed with that. The mattresses on the beds were shot u sunk in the middle. Went to take a shower 2(yes that's a 2) towels a hand towel and bath towel. No bath matt, hand towel, wash cloth or shower towel. Send hubby down to get extra he returns...

“The room that was assigned was not cleaned from prior guest. The bed was still not made and there were bags of trash. I returned to the front desk told them about the issue and ended up staying somewhere else. My credit card was charged and I have seen no refund.”

“Our room had a terrible lock halfway worked, musty smelling wash cloths and towels, no remote for the tv and no soap at all. Room was okay at best would not stay more than one quick necessary night though. The check in guy was terrible, rude actually.”

“Clean and large room, clean and large bathroom the only things we set the AC at 70 and over night it got soooo hot which make me suspect they turn the AC down or change setting overnight but in the morning was moved to 69 after we start motions in the room .”
