“I arrived at 12:30 am after flight delays traveling from Washington, DC. The unsympathetic front desk person told me the only room left had no air conditioning. It was 80 degrees at that time. He showed no concern and refused to help identify another hotel, telling me that because I booked the room through Expedia I should take it up with them. I will never stay at this property in the future.”

“The lobby is a huge space that could easily encompass a full service restaurant but there is nothing in the space except some chairs. I did not have time to cook my own breakfast. The TV selection id sparce and horrible for a Hilton. Conrad would be spinning in his grave. The suite is a worthless waste of space. The whole thing needs to be redesigned.”

“I had a fantastic stay and would definitely return. The hotel is beautiful, especially the impressive atrium, and the suites are excellent. I particularly appreciated the isolated bedroom design; the sound insulation is top-notch, and the extra door effectively blocks out hallway noise. The breakfast was a highlight, especially the made-to-order omelets from the chef. However, the breakfast area could benefit from better organization. There was a shortage of seating, and the staff cleared...
