“When I booked the hotel from Expedia, the listing said the parking was free. Then I checked-in to the hotel & the hotel charged me parking fee. The manager refused to give me a refund. I was charged for Wifi even though hotel staff assured me I won't be charged for it since I used free wifi during my stay. This hotel pushes false charges on customers after they check-in. “Had a great stay at East Austin Hotel. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and polite from start to finish. They even helped me with my luggage after checkout, which I really appreciated. The restrooms and overall property were very clean, and the location was perfect with everything nearby. The whole area felt welcoming and easy to get around. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m back in Austin.”
