“Dont believe all of the pictures. There is not a fabulous multi level lobby with greenery, and the "King Suites" are smaller than our master bathroom at home. There is also not a river view as advertised.”

“Nice place - just tiny bummers like the gym being closed for renovation, room coffee maker was on the fritz and room faced the parking lot with some seriously bright lights (fixed with curtains fully drawn). Overall, nice folks and clean room.”

“The property is in a good location, surrounded by countless restaurants and shopping. The property itself, however, had a horrific smell that they tried to cover up with air freshening devices. The swimming pool was absolutely dirty and smell like urine, I don’t know why they don’t maintain a better it’s a great amenity.”

“I honestly wish I could give this place zero stars. Our stay was absolutely horrible from the moment we walked into the room. The smell hit us immediately—it reeked like nasty tuna fish and was so strong it made it hard to even stay inside.
The room itself was beyond filthy. There were white stains all over the floor and even on the side of the bed, which was completely unacceptable. It didn’t look like the room had been properly cleaned at all. It made us feel uncomfortable and honestly...

“The smell of cleaning solution or something is unbelievably overwhelming when you walk in the place. The room itself smelled mildew-like. I asked to be in a quiet room and was out right by the back door, the door to the stairs and the laundry room which was a source of literal constant slamming every 30 seconds all day and night, it was like torture. “The lobby area was very nice and we were greeted by the front desk staff immediately! She was wonderful and welcoming. She told us about all the amenities and sent us on our way. Our room was very nice and the beds were comfy. It was quiet and we all slept like a baby. I really enjoyed my stay and look forward to staying with Aloft hotels again!!! ”
