- Ski-in to back of building from Strawberry Park chairlift via Oxford ski-way or a short walk through Beaver Creek Village
- Elevator access direct to suite. No steps
- Complimentary taxi dial-a-ride Village Connect transportation (car not needed)
- 1 free underground heated parking space. Additional parking in Wolf lot.
-Central air conditioning.
-Outdoor Pool and Hot Tubs are available at an extra charge and are located in the Park Hyatt Exhale Spa which is a one minute walk on the other side of the ice rink. Daily and weekly passes available for purchase at the Hyatt.
I also have additional 2-bdrms and 4 bdrm condos that and another 4-bdrm in the same Market Square building if you have a larger group. Can sleep up to 45 people between 5 different condos in Market Square.

Reed met me and made sure I was all set - gave me quick tour and made sure all quaternary answered. Great location- property was incredible, lots of room - amenities were beyond expectations- nothing ever broke or had problems during our stay. Probably of all the VRBO rentals I have done this was the best overall experience of them all and I have done many - that’s saying a lot. The beaver creek area is secluded but yet lots to do I highly recommend the area and renting from Reeds properties!

Amazing condo, perfect location!

We absolutely loved our stay in Beaver. It was so easy to access ski school and the lofts, and at night everyone could enjoy incrediable access to the village. We had a large group of all ages and everyone is already excited to go back. Communication was great from start to finish, thank you Reed! Highly recommend!

Fabulous!!

The convenience of the location can't be beat! The balcony makes it perfect for Thursday's firework show, watch the kids skate, and watch your family come down the escalator from the promenade. The condo was beautiful, comfortable beds, spacious & super equipped kitchen. You have your private ski locker & private code elevator. I doubt it gets better than this! Beware though, once you try this condo, you will never go back to less perks.

Better than expected

My family and I had a wonderful time in this unit. It was clean, easily accessible and had everything we needed. Our kids loved the space as well due to the roominess of the condo and the convenience of being next to the rink/turf.

Reed was very helpful and this place was great! Location was perfect, so many options just walking out your door and view from the patio was wonderful. We had 6 adults and more than enough room, everyone had a fantastic time, we would definitely stay here again

Fall Color

We were there to see fall color. Stunning, spent the entire day at the Park Hyatt across from the condo, great fall discounts. All of us loved the condo layout and the kitchen was well appointed. I would recommend this unit to anyone:)

Great condo, excellent location for summer family vacation

This condo worked great for our whole family - 6 adults and 3 grandchildren (2 under the age of 2). The unit is spacious and workable sleeping space for all of us. The location is ideal being in the center of village/hikes/restaurants and quick drive to a fantastic park/beach/lake in Avon. Reed was easy to work with and very accommodating. Highly recommend!

Great Location in BC!

We stayed for two weeks over the 4th of July. Great location where kids can run freely around the village. Lots of activities such as ping ping and concerts right outside your door, but still quiet inside the condo. The kids very much enjoyed the bunk room. Would stay again!

Most Convenient Location

I can't recommend this property, or property manager enough. It is steps away from the base of the mountain. You can actually see the living room window when standing on the base. Reed went out of his way to help with check in and making sure we had all we needed. The finishes are beautiful, and very high end. In addition, it is so well stocked. All you need is your luggage. Everything else is provided. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
