The Space:
Tucked away in a peaceful location with endless adventure just minutes away, this spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is the perfect base for your mountain getaway. Whether you're carving through fresh powder at nearby ski resorts, exploring scenic hiking and biking trails, or unwinding at the Avon Rec Center next door (grab a discounted pass at the front desk for the pool and gym!), there’s something for everyone. After a day of adventure, return to your cozy retreat, where an open floor plan invites you to relax. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking up a hearty meal, while the living room offers plenty of space to gather, complete with stunning Beaver Creek views from your private patio.

*The futon in bedroom 2 has now been replaced with a twin daybed plus a twin trundle under the daybed (new photos coming May 2025)

Guests will have access to one underground garage parking spot, making it easy to come and go hassle-free. In addition, you’ll be a quarter-mile from the Westin Riverfront gondola and even closer to a free Avon bus stop.

Designed for comfort and convenience, the primary suite features a plush king bed and private bath. The second bedroom offers a twin bunk bed and a comfy twin daybed with twin trundle, making it a great space for kids or extra guests. Need even more room? The living area includes a full sleeper sofa for added flexibility. Whether you’re here for a weekend escape or an extended stay, this condo provides the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure in the heart of the mountains.
*The dryer is currently out of order and is expected to be repaired in March 2025.

The Eagle County bus (not free) is just steps away and the Express bus to Vail village leaves hourly. In short, both resorts are right at your doorstep!
