Situato nel cuore di Avon, questa favolosa nuova costruzione con due camere da montagna fuga ha tutti i comfort di casa ... più una splendida vista di Beaver Creek Mountain!

Lasciatevi coccolare con la convenienza di alcuni dei migliori ristoranti e negozi nella valle di Vail. Nuovi arredi, arredi di design, nuovo tappeto, camino a gas, balcone con una griglia barbecue a gas e mobili da giardino. Servizio internet wireless. TV via cavo in ogni stanza, c'è un DVD in soggiorno e ogni camera da letto (un videoregistratore è anche nella stanza di famiglia). Il divano pouf raddoppia come un divano letto e una lavatrice e asciugatrice si trova nel condominio.

La camera da letto principale dispone di un letto matrimoniale e bagno privato con vasca idromassaggio e doppio lavabo ... più un ingresso privato sul balcone. Due letti queen size sono forniti nella spaziosa camera degli ospiti - perfetto per una famiglia - con un ingresso privato al bagno adiacente. Un sacco di asciugamani sono forniti insieme al sapone da bagno, shampoo, balsamo, e blowdryers full-size in ogni bagno.

La cucina è completamente attrezzata (macchina da caffè, vaso di coccio, frullatore, tostapane e tutti i gadget e pezzi di servizio che si possa immaginare).

Una lavatrice carico frontale full-size e asciugatrice si trovano nel condominio con detersivo per lavatrice, asciugatrice e lenzuola smacchiatore.

Un sotterraneo, garage riscaldato offre parcheggio, bloccando deposito sci per l'unità, e deposito biciclette. Questa unità è una delle poche unità nella valle di Vail per offrire ARIA CONDIZIONATA - una grande opzione per avere un giorno di estate calda!

Property has everything you need

Great condo in Avon. Underground parking super clutch. Fast wifi. Stocked kitchen with all sorts of pans, containers, and loads of what you need. Comfy beds and linnens. Would recommend and stay here again.

Great stay in Avon

Our family of five enjoyed this condo. It was well maintained and well stocked for a ski weekend. The location is great to be in Avon and be able to walk to dinner and groceries. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect ski weekend!

This was the perfect place to stay for a weekend skiing with my family - the beds were comfortable, there was plenty of space in the condo, and everything was location in convenient proximity to the slopes and/ or to bus stops to get there!

Family ski vacation

The condo is in a wonderful location. Maybe a little far to walk with skis to the gondola but there is a shuttle you can catch or you can drive to one of the public lots. It is an older unit but clean and very well appointed. Our door code didn't work initially but Lorna took care of it right away. No complaints and will go back again!

Second year in a row

This was the 2nd year in a row that we have stayed here. The size of the condo is great, and the location has many things going for it: close to local food options, close to grocery store, close to ski rental store (Christy Sports), and maybe best of all, it is the 3rd stop on the Skier Bus Route, so you get on before the stops which have MANY people board at once.The garage parking is also a great amenity!

Lorna is the BEST!! Always tryjng to help! Condo is in an unbeatable location!!! Clean! Confortable! No stairs, kitched amazingly equiped! Shops al around! BEST place for a Ski trip! We will come back next year definetly!!! Thanks so much Lorna we had an Amazing time!!

Convenient Condo in Avon

This condo is located in the center of downtown Avon and three exits (9 miles) from downtown Vail. It is extremely secure with keyboards to enter the parking lot, Building front door, elevator and entrance to the condo. It has an air conditioner which many places in the mountains do not have.

Great condo

We loved this property. The underground parking is a plus (assuming you registered your car online properly. If you follow owners instructions especially length of time to show you will be fine. If not you could be billed, but parking company will remove it with proof of stay). Being seniors, the garage parking was a major plus in renting as no steps/stairs. The owner was very responsive in our inquiries. Everything was lovely. The month of July, we hardly used the air conditioner in unit as we liked fresh air and opened balcony door and windows. At night with only window open the fan going was very comfortable as well. The coffee table lifts up and becomes your dining table. It worked great since no “dining room table”. The place is just as pictured. We would not hesitate to go back.

Lovely apartment, conveniently located

Warm, homey apartment. A cook’s kitchen, completely kitted out with all the equipment and utensils you could possibly want, including a five-burner gas stove. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance, from cheap-and-cheerful to white-tablecloth. Perfect for skiers or snow boarders with easy access to Beaver Creek and Vail. A 10-minute walk to the gondola or a 100-meter walk to the ski shuttle bus. Good value-for-money toward the end of the ski season when I was there. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location

This was a perfect condo for our family, we have two tall teens, so it was great that they had their own beds. I like the lockers that they had, the access from garage to condo was great. Location was good. The description said, new building, however, the building, and unit seem to be older, that was the only thing that I noticed..

Spring Break - ski trip

This is a great middle location between Beaver Creek (less than 2 miles away) and Vail (less than 8 miles away). It is on the shuttle route and Avon is a fun town with everything you would need and bonus, a great pizza place within walking distance. We enjoyed the fireplace and the jetted tub after long skiing days. Highly recommend!

Great ski location.

This property is exactly as advertised. It has a great location to catch the ski shuttle up to Beavercreek. The beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked. Shopping is right across the street and restaurants are within very close walking distance. We will stay here often. The host is very responsive.

Perfect location

Nice place that is a 3 min walk to the bus stop to catch the Skier Express bus (free shuttle). It was nice to have reserved garage parking. Owner's information for access and surrounding area was plentiful and detailed.
