Booking Fee: A booking fee is required for all paying guests for entry of a reservation into the system and nightly occupancy reporting. Current booking fee is $75/reservation and will be charged upon checking in at the front desk.
Resort Fee: All rental guests are required to pay a Resort Fee at the front desk upon arrival, which provides the guest with shuttle service (based on availability), high-speed internet in public areas, and access to the Riverfront Athletic Club floor and locker rooms, pools, hot tubs and ski valet. Classes through the Athletic Club are not included in the Resort Fee. The resort fee is not waived if guests are not accessing these services. The resort fee rate is $120 per night.
Check-In: Guests MUST check in at the front desk located on the first floor of the adjacent Riverfront Lodge. Upon checking in you will need to pay - No smoking in or near the home. Smoking outside is ok but please keep a distance from the windows and doors. - Parties are not allowed. You are welcome to have a few guests over to visit but please let us know if you will be doing so. - Please remove your shoes by the front door -Out of respect for our neighbors, please be mindful of quiet hours from 10pm-8am - Please do not park on Waterfront Way- you may be towed - You must check in at the front desk upon arrival to pick up your key to access the resort amenities and pay your resort fees. -We are not able to accommodate late checkouts due to our cleaners busy schedules. There is a late checkout fee of $125 and potentially up to the cost of an extra night if it affects the incoming guests. -Early check ins can be requested through your electronic guidebook the day of check in. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it is fully dependent on availability. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in. -Please ensure you don't leave anything behind at checkout! There is a fee of $30 plus shipping to have items sent to you after departure.
