È il miglior valore di Beaver Creek per l'accesso alle piste da sci situato appena sotto Beaver Creek Village. Scia fino all'Elkhorn Solleva il retro dell'edificio e scia a casa attraverso il ponte degli sciatori. È a soli 5 minuti a piedi, o un giro in limousine gratuito su richiesta, per Beaver Creek Village, dove è possibile fare shopping boutique e ristoranti più votati.

    Questa unità angolare leggera e luminosa è stata affittata per una sola stagione. Si tratta di un'unità curata per due camere da letto (con letto king size Sleep in master e due letti a castello nella nuova camera da letto) con due bagni completi, una spaziosa area soggiorno con un letto queen-size estraibile divano (Woodley's Marca; non il tipico scomodo letto estraibile). Gli ospiti potranno godere di nuovissimi televisori ad alta definizione 4K da 55 pollici sia nel soggiorno che nella camera da letto principale, nuovissime lenzuola e asciugamani in stile hotel completamente bianchi, una nuovissima unità di lavaggio e asciugatrice GE ad alta capacità, a legna camino (legna da ardere fornita), terrazza esterna, WiFi, cavo HD con Roku e Netflix, un armadio pieno di giochi da tavolo e giochi di carte per tutta la famiglia, una slitta e un armadio per gli sci privato per riporre le attrezzature da sci e snowboard sul primo pavimento. La cucina di dimensioni standard comprende tutti i lussi di casa con una nuovissima lavastoviglie, frigorifero e freezer di dimensioni standard, nuovissimo forno doppio GE e gamma, forno a microonde, con ampio spazio sul bancone e posti a sedere al bar. L'edificio presenta una nuova vasca idromassaggio con copertura automatica e passerella riscaldata, parcheggio coperto gratuito per un'auto, ascensore e comodi carrelli per bagagli per facilitare le operazioni di carico e scarico. C'è anche un'ampia area comune fuori dalla porta d'ingresso con mobili ben arredati adatti per leggere, rilassarsi o giocare (unici per le unità al primo piano grazie allo stile atrio degli interni).

    Beaver Creek Resort è davvero un luogo magico con servizi senza pari e infinite opportunità per creare ricordi. Goditi gli speciali biscotti gratuiti invernali offerti ogni giorno alle 15:00 alla base della montagna e osserva lo spettacolo pirotecnico ogni giovedì sera che ti fa sentire come se fossi a Disneyland. Inoltre, ogni giorno alle 14:30, lo Spruce Saddle Lodge di media montagna serve fragole ricoperte di cioccolato gratuite. Dopo aver sciato e indulgere nell'abbondante scena culinaria, c'è musica dal vivo al Powder 8 ogni giorno per l'intrattenimento apres ski.

    Se non sei uno sciatore / snowboarder, ti prendi il giorno libero o hai ancora energia dopo lo sci, c'è una pista di pattinaggio sul ghiaccio nella piazza del paese con i pattini disponibili per il noleggio. Sotto la piazza del paese e la pista di pattinaggio si trova il Vilar Performing Arts Center (dove è possibile assistere a spettacoli unici spesso volte con artisti, artisti e produzioni di fama mondiale. Ci sono diversi pozzi di fuoco situati intorno al villaggio in modo da poterti rilassare e scaldarti mentre guardi la montagna di sci o guardi il pattinaggio su ghiaccio della tua famiglia. Il Park Hyatt, ai piedi della montagna, offre molti kit alla reception e puoi arrostire marshmallow sul loro vero focolare a legna.

Awesome ski in/out condo!

Our family of four had a great time at Beaver Creek! The condo was in a fantastic location which made getting around so easy. We could walk to the village or book a shuttle. The condo is a true ski In/out which we loved! It was clean, nicely decorated, and had everything you needed and more. Also, Cody and McKenzie were so accommodating and kind.

Wonderful Getaway

The property was clean, well equipped, and perfect for our family of 4. It’s convenient to access the village despite being slightly removed. We had an ample supply of towels for showering and hot tub use. Highly recommend his condo. Our favorite feature was the ability to ski back to the condo after a long day of skiing!!

Very Small and Other Unsatisfactory Issues

1. Great location, true ski in/out. 2. Recently renovated with new furniture. However, IMO the owner certainly saved on the quality of the furnishings, if nicer furnishings are important to you). 3. Owner gave instructions on using elevator to get to and from unit with luggage, groceries, etc., but elevator was not working. Seperate conversations with 4 different building workers confirmed elevator has not been working for 2-3 months and, due to missing parts, is not expected to be operational again for several more months. It made carrying luggage and groceries an awful experience carrying everything up 3 flights of stairs to the first residential level. Owner acted surprised to hear about it. Either owner is completely out of touch with status of the building and unit or could, IMO, have been more forthcoming. (I was very disturbed to see the 3 workers trying to bring a new washer and dryer up the stairs for installation in another unit.) 4. The condo is very small—a has decent sized main bedroom with a queen bed and a small second bedroom with 2 double bunk beds. Technically, the condo could sleep 8—2 in the Main BR, 4 in the second bedroom, and 2 in a pull-out LR sofa bed. But I could not imagine more than 4 adults here or, honestly, more than 2 adults and 2 children. The place would be too tight IMO. 5. Condo has no closets in which clothing can be hung. Two of the closets were locked for the owners use and, as far as I could tell, none of the other closets in the entire unit had any place to hang clothing and, for the most part, to place folded clothing. All the unlocked closets had built in cubby holes, all of which were full of extra bedding, towels, paper goods, etc. There was one 4-drawer dresser in the MBR and a 5-shelf free standing closet in the second BR (making that room space even tighter) . I used the Peloton bike in the MBR as the only place to ”hang” clothing. 5. Kitchen is a vary small and narrow “galley” kitchen, so tight that you cannot open the freezer door without moving the kitchen trash pail out of the way. 6. While the owner advertises that the unit has a Peloton bike, it has not been set up yet. To do so, requires a Peloton activation code, Peloton account, credit card for monthly billing, so Peloton bike was unusable. 7. While I assume this is a temporary issue, during our entire stay, there was a terrible smell throughout the stairwells. With the inoperable elevator, we had to deal with the smell constantly.

Great home base for a family ski trip

This condo was a great home base for our ski trip. Kids loved the room with bunk beds. Adults loved the room with the sleep number bed! Everything was exactly as described in the listing and hosts were extremely helpful.

Great Condo in perfect location

Easy very short walk (to get off the property) to slope to ski down to the Elkhorn lift. Ski in very convenient at the end of the day. Even can ski to condo for lunch and head back out without missing a step. Would highly recommend. Cody was responsive and courteous. Don’t hesitate. We are a family of four but unit would accommodate 8 with the use of sleeper sofa (which we did not use)

Great location and Communication

The property was perfect. My 14yo son called it "amazing." Very clean. Everything was spotless. Was perfect for my son and I. Likely good for 4 or 6 people . 8 might get a bit crowded in the living room. Checkin and Checkout was great. Fantastic, direct communication with the owner. Very Helpful. For skiing: the ski-way down to the elkhorn lift is literally 30 steps out of the back of the building. You can ski down to the Elkhorn and then - with a little planning on the ski map - easily make it anywhere. On the way back, just plan to make it back to the base of strawberry park express and take the ski path on the left. It will drop you right off at the back of the building. 3 min walk bit up- hill to the village but super close. Will definitely return next time we come to Beaver Creek.

Location Location Location

Short beautiful walk to Beaver Creek Village with 4 kids was easy peasy. I did see skiers skiing to a lift close by but since we needed ski school for our kids we never went that way. Condo had everything we needed. Love having a humidifier in the room since we are not use to the dry conditions. Master bed very comfortable. Owners gave detail explains of place and surrounding area which was very helpful. Would definitely come back and stay here. Thanks!

Perfectly situated in Beaver Creek

Had a great stay at Townsend in Beaver Creek. The unit was just enough for our family of four. The kitchen had everything we needed. The unit is outfitted with WiFi, Netflix, Hulu: perfect for the very little time we spent indoors. I absolutely love the short walk through the creek side to the village as it forces you to take in the scenery. The beds, linens and towels seem new and clean which is really important to me. Finally, Cody was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. All in all a great experience!

Perfect location; fully stocked; responsive owners

This was our first trip to Beaver Creek with 2 small kids. This apartment had plenty of space for the 4 of us. The extra Murphy bed in addition to the fold out couch was super convenient for each kid. The mattress in the bedroom is a sleep number and was very comfortable . The place came with all the minor things you need (paper towels, laundry detergent, salt and pepper, etc). Each time I had a question or concern, the owners responded to my emails or texts within minutes. Their welcome package is very informative and helpful. And the very short walking distance to the kids park and the village really cannot be beat. I highly recommend this place! We will be back next March!

Beautifully appointed condo, excellent hosts, ski to the loft! So easy with the 2 kids in tow!

We spent three nights at this condo, our first time at Beaver Creek and SO enjoyed our stay! My brother joined my husband and I and two kids and so we utilized the Murphy bed and pull out couch - both of which were VERY comfortable with super nice linens!! The master bedroom has a “sleep number” bed which we have never had the luxury of using before - what a treat. The kitchen has everything you might need for a ski weekend - we cooked all 3 nights. We skied right to the Elkhorn lift at the beginning of the day and also skied home - which for us is key, with kids. The hot tub was lovely - we were the only ones in it both times we headed out for a dip. The owners were so communicative and helpful. I will definitely want to come back! It is tricky to find a real ski in/ski out in Beaver Creek - this was so easy and such a nice getaway for us!

We had a lovely trip to Beaver Creek. This condo was absolutely perfect for our family. It had all of the amenities we needed. The best part was its location - just a short 3 minute walk to the Village! The owners were great and answered all of our questions. We will definitely be back!
