Belle Seasons at Avon unità. Rimodellare completa di 2 camere da letto, 2 bagni condominio, 4 ° piano con bella vista sulle montagne di Beaver Creek piste, in strada dalla Gondola, accanto a Avon Rec Center e Avon Biblioteca, pista di pattinaggio e Nottingham Park. Parcheggio sotterraneo, ascensori-no scale, camino a gas, televisore a schermo piatto, DVR, Apple TV, lettore DVD, internet ad alta velocità, lavatrice-asciugatrice, grill a gas sul balcone, tutto moderna cucina ben attrezzata. Bella regina materasso in camera da letto principale, e grande armadio. Grande bagno padronale con doccia e vasca profonda. Seconda camera da letto ha letto a castello più divano letto pieno formato fatta da cuoio americano che viene pubblicizzato come miglior divano letto sul mercato. Toilette nel bagno padronale è Washlet Toto con telecomando mano. Il complesso si trova all'interno di un albergo con personale in loco (24 ore), che sono disponibili per tutte le domande e le raccomandazioni. Passeggiata sul sentiero lungofiume, a tre miglia a piedi e in bicicletta sentiero che costeggia il fiume Colorado, o camminare a Nottingham lago e parco appena fuori dalla porta. Basta attraversare la strada, troverete la Gondola di piste Beaver Creek e il Westin Resort con il famoso centro benessere, piscine saline all'aperto e ottimo cibo e cocktail. Proprio accanto c'è la Avon Rec Center con una grande piscina con scivoli per bambini e attrezzature per il fitness (offrono ottime tariffe giornaliere e settimanali), così come la biblioteca Avon. Starbucks è una breve passeggiata e City Market negozio di alimentari è solo un mezzo miglio di distanza. Un garage sotterraneo fornisce senza problemi di parcheggio, così come il blocco di deposito sci per l'unità

wonderful stay and charming apartment

the accommodation were comfortable, clean and thoughtfully prepared for guests. The location was fantastic, providing easy access to gondola. The apartment itself was well-equipped with all amenities we needed for a cozy and relaxing stay. Whether it was enjoying quiet mornings with coffee or coming back after skiing, everything felt just perfect. We enjoyed our visit so much that we are already planning to come back next year.

This is our 6th year coming to Avon and this condo had everything we needed and more! Perfect location and was stocked with everything you would need for a family vacation. The condo felt like home! Will definitely come back.

Great Condo Experience in a Great Location!

The property was recently updated with some more modern amenities (kitchen, bathroom), and has an excellent view of the Beaver Creek ski resort. Location is second to none as you are located at the Avon transportation hub, so you can catch a free bus to Vail, or walk to Riverfront Village (300 ft/100m walk) to catch the free gondola to Beaver Creek. Great restaurants are within walking distance as well, so all the resources you need up in the mountains are very close. The property manager was very accommodating, to which they had the condo opened for us when we first arrived, and checked with me through the stay to make sure we were satisfied with the accommodations. I recommend this property for anyone who wants to get-away in the mountains for skiing, hiking, kayaking, etc. - the comfort, cleanliness, and management made this a very good stay!

Great location for skiing/vail valley bus shuttle/avon

Nice spot that is nicely placed within short walk to gondola at avon base of beaver creek. Also good for steps from shuttle bus to vail. Avon eat spots and shops within short walk and avon rec center directly behind the building if you want to hot tub/sauna/steam room after the slopes. Rec center was $10 for use at night 7-9pm. Condo was nicely furnished. Could be comfortable for 4 people. Know that the master bedroom is quite a bit larger than the guest bedroom. Master bath also quite a bit larger than the other. Overall, good spot in Avon that doesn't totally break the bank.

This condo is within walking distance of a beautiful 50 acre park, tennis courts, pickleball courts, restaurants, library, community center, etc…. The view, location and security of this condo was excellent.

very nice condo in the center of Avon

This is well maintained and very well stocked condo in the middle of Avon, CO. Walking distance to the park/lake, pool and restaurants. The condo is clean and comfortable, was enough room for two adults, two kids and a small dog. View of Beaver Creek mountain from the balcony. We did enjoy our stay.

Nice enough place, but…

Comments above are accurate, but there were a few things that you would expect to be better considering the price to stay there: 1. Master bedroom mattress (foam mattress starting to breakdown) 2. 2nd bedroom’s Murphy bed when pulled down from the wall was not level; with the foot of bed lower than the head of the bed 3. The biggest issue was the light clicking and clanking noise you would hear emanating from the heating radiators when they were heating the bedrooms. This noise goes away when the room hits temperature, but as soon as the temp goes down, the radiator noise continues. Light sleepers beware…

Fabulous property for a ski weekend!

My family and I had a fantastic stay here. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and in excellent condition. Between the bus and the riverfront gondola, it was so easy to get to the mountain to ski. We went to the Avon recreation center one afternoon, which is directly behind the building, and our kids had a blast at the pool. Overall, this place had everything we needed for comfort and fun. Can’t wait to come back.

The unit is right in the middle of downtown Avon next to the Lake. You can walk to the grocery store and the park. Dog friendly, there are plenty of nice walks nearby. Clean & comfortable with nice views of Beaver Creek Ski Mountain from the living room & deck.

Clean, Great amenities & Perfect Location

We have stayed in many VRBO places. This is one of the best. Outstanding location close to a walking park, the river for fishing, restaurants and shopping. Quite & private condo setting.. The unit was very clean. Well stocked amenities. Parking garage had plenty of spaces. We would rent again if in the area.
