  • This ski-in, ski-out, two-bedroom residence sleeps eight, offering a family room with a sleeper sofa, full kitchen with granite countertops, and dining niche. Additional features include two guest suites, each with an attached bathroom (one with a king size bed, the second with two queen beds), a private deck, gas fireplace, washer/dryer and garage parking.



    Guests will appreciate The Charter’s outstanding location and on-site amenities including: indoor and outdoor swimming pools, hot tubs, a fitness facility, two restaurants, Charter Sports, a full-service ski, snowboard and bike shop, the game room and fire pit. Wonderful family vacation in Beaver Creek

We had a wonderful time overall at The Charter. It was the perfect spot for our family (we have two young daughters), and Beaver Creek as a resort was also great. The check-in and check-out processes provided a little bit of frustration (more on that shortly), but those blemishes were otherwise outshined by the quality and convenience of the Charter. Our unit was comfortable and cozy, the amenities at the Charter were top notch, including the spa and the pools/hot tubs, which we used regularly throughout our stay. At check-in. we were told our room wouldn't be ready until 5PM (even though VRBO had listed our check-in time at 4PM). This was problematic as we had arrived anticipating a 4PM check-in and had to find a way to kill an extra hour with two small children after a long day of travel. After some hard work by one of The Charter's employees, we were able to get in quickly thereafter. At check out, the building's maintenance staff hassled us to get out before our check-out time.
