“この度はありがとうございました。道路渋滞により、到着がチェックイン時間よりはるかに遅れてしまいましたが、嫌な顔一つせず到着と同時に出迎えてくださいました。部屋での懐石を予約しておりましたが、そちらもスタッフの方々が丁寧に対応してくださり本当に助けていただきました。時間もタイトで疲れもあったので、ほとんど施設を楽しむことはできませんでしたが、子ども向けのゲームや設備など様々なところにおもてなしの精神を感じました。せっかくこのような素晴らしい施設を楽しめず残念でしたが、次回必ずまた利用させていただきますので楽しみにしております。異国の方もたくさんスタッフ出働いておられましたが、みなさんお客様ファーストで熱心だったことが印象的でした。ありがとうございました。 ”

“This is a mountain top resort hotel with spectacular views of the city, ocean and surrounds. There is a wonderful park next to the hotel for quiet and relaxing walks. (NB - this is in a remote, isolated area, no shopping or crowds!!). A great place to relax and enjoy with no distractions. “I booked this ryokan as it was the most price friendly. The owners were super friendly and helpful, even though we had to talk through google translate as my japanese wasnt good enough. As others mentioned the stairs down to the hot springs (ast least for the female side) felt a bit dungeon-y. But the hot springs were amazing. The room was a bit older and you could tell there was some normal wear and tear from over the years but if i would definitely recommend it.”

“We love the Arima Onsen Hanano Ryokan. They picked us up at the train station and even carried our bags up to store our luggage. Yes, getting to the inn meant climbing up some stairs. This might be a problem for some people with mobility issues. But the climb was all worth it because the service was impeccable, the hotel was exceptionally clean and the room was spacious. For such a minimalistic inn, it has everything we needed and more. This inn is traditionally Japanese with modern facilities. ...

“This is a very nice Ryokan in Arima. The hotel is located on top of a small hill, making it isolated from the town center. This makes the area surrounding the hotel very quiet, and perfect for relaxing. The ryokan has 2 onsen baths (1 indoor, and 1 outdoor) open all night. It was really amazing bathing in the outdoor onsen at night, where you can gaze the surrounding forest quietly. I definitely recommend this ryokan!”

"Arrivati in serata, con treno da Osaka, usato come base di avvicinamento per ripartire la mattina dopo presto dall' aeroporto al quale e vicinissimo. La sera abbiamo cenato in uno dei ristoranti presenti se non erro al 52 piano. Vista bellissima dall'alto sulla costa di Osaka da ampie finestre vetrate. Al ceck-in ci e' stato offerto anche trasporto con navetta dedicata senza chiederci alcun compenso per il giorno dopo. Bel hotel moderno pulito molto accogliente. Indicato per voli in partenza di prima mattina, ma anche per soggiornare vicino alla costa marittima della città.Grazie bella esperienza "
