“Staff were helpful. The hotel can improve the amenities in the room...better coffee cups instead of plastic ones, provide bottled water as and when needed, newspaper delivery to rooms”

“Clean room. Amenities ok. Two small half litre drinking water bottles were provided per day for two people which is rather less. ”

“The cleaning staff were good. The rooms are spacious, but look very old and run down, needing immediate maintenance. There were bed bug stains and possibly eggs too on the headboard cushion and we saw two bugs. They did not fix the shaky tap in the bathroom and so we asked to change rooms for the 2nd day, which they complied. ”
