“When I reached the stay they told me that the place is full and I have to find some other hotel. That’s how poor your services are. ”

“The cleaning staff were good. The rooms are spacious, but look very old and run down, needing immediate maintenance. There were bed bug stains and possibly eggs too on the headboard cushion and we saw two bugs. They did not fix the shaky tap in the bathroom and so we asked to change rooms for the 2nd day, which they complied. ”

“Checked in and out in 20 min as the room was disgusting infected with bed bugs”

“Room smelled terrible. We had to ask room spray multiple times during our stay. Bedsheet and pillow covers were dirty. They didn’t provide towel and bath mat and we had to ask them. Rooms were not clean during check in. The only positive was the staff were responsive. ”

“The room conditions were average.The customer service is very poor.The Manager Vinoth attitude was very bad.They do not treat us well.Not worth the money.The breakfast they provide is of low quality.The ambiance is also very bad. Stayed: March 2018, travelled with family”
