“The facilities in this hotel need to be improved. The ceiling in the bathroom was moldy, and the showerhead could not function. Moreover, the wifi was not stable. However, the services of this hotel impress me. Firstly, I got a newspaper in the morning from the hotel without charge. “The cleaning staff were good. The rooms are spacious, but look very old and run down, needing immediate maintenance. There were bed bug stains and possibly eggs too on the headboard cushion and we saw two bugs. They did not fix the shaky tap in the bathroom and so we asked to change rooms for the 2nd day, which they complied. ”
