“It looked great in photos but hard to park and the room was weird layout. Staff harassed with lot of forms, photos etc., felt like we were going through immigration process all over again.. would not recommend to anyone ”

“The cleaning staff were good. The rooms are spacious, but look very old and run down, needing immediate maintenance. There were bed bug stains and possibly eggs too on the headboard cushion and we saw two bugs. They did not fix the shaky tap in the bathroom and so we asked to change rooms for the 2nd day, which they complied. ”

“Room smelled terrible. We had to ask room spray multiple times during our stay. Bedsheet and pillow covers were dirty. They didn’t provide towel and bath mat and we had to ask them. Rooms were not clean during check in. The only positive was the staff were responsive. ”
