“We came back to our hotel room one afternoon to realize there were no parking spots available. When we called the front desk we were told there was an event happening and we (the paying guest at what we thought was our home away from home) were told to park in remote parking. Essentially the event people were given priority over guests. This is not acceptable behaviour for a hotel. We will not be staying at a Hilton property in the future.”

“Looks like a new facility that was exceptional in it's cleanliness and maintenance. Staff could care less. They have a paying job. Two exceptions to the statement about the staff were a young lady who suddenly walked through the front door to check us in after we had been standing at registration about 10 to 12 minutes. The other exception was a maid (i.e. after I had returned to the hotel after breakfast out, "I " greeted the two idel employees at registration with..." good morning "....

“Upon check in we discovered that there were crumbs and debris on the floor of our room. After going to the front desk asking if there was a vacuum I could use, the person at the desk informed me that there was no cleaners on site at this time and that the vacuums were locked up. Thankfully he was able to get us into a different room that did not have these issues. The gym was pretty basic with some dumbbells going up to 50lb and some treadmill and elliptical machines. “Nice hotel that we booked last minute. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean as well.”

“Breakfast was very good. Coffee supplies (cream, sweeteners, etc) were not readily available. Room cleanliness was ok but kitchen area could have been a little more clean. ”

“Room appeared to not be completely remodeled or touched yet. Lights were very dark. This is my second stay here and I’ve enjoyed it each time. Check in is always easy. Staff is very nice. The breakfast isn’t all that great (very few options and quality not the best).”

“The breakfast and parking were a plus. Breakfast was a buffet style excellent grits, make your own waffle. No extra charge for parking. 24 hour coffee available.”

“Dogs barking nonstop and the management did nothing to stop it. I was in town for business and i got almost no sleep due to the Dogs. Called the office about it multiple times and nothing was done.”

“Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was not good, coffee was fresh. If you do not shower nightly while there is hot water, "DO NOT EXPECT ANY HOT WATER BY MORNING", there is none. The only hot water you will have is at the sink. I feel that is very poor being that this is not a big or huge hotel, it only has one elevator, and it is slow. Thanks, but no thanks. Nice stay for cleanliness, terrible stay for hot water to shower.”
