“I do my own clean test at hotels: doorknobs, faucet handles, remote control... my wipes came back still white. No human or animal hair on the floors or in the shower. No mold, no dirt in the corners. They really do an exceptional job! The staff were awesome. Trey (sp?) was so welcoming even though we came late in the night. He held the same high energy as when we saw him in the daytime. I love when a hotel has good people who don't treat guests as an intrusion of their free time and space, and...

“The hotel did not have much to offer other than a clean place to stay and a great location. They have done an excellent job of cleaning up the hotel and making it safer...it used to be a hotbed of nefarious activates. It is now much calmer and much safer. It was generally very clean but there was still a slight lingering smell of smoke. (the following comment is true of all hotels that have gone for carpet to LVP flooring) The floors were dirty...all hotels with this flooring use what are...

“Terrible experience, cockroaches in the bathroom and the shower curtain was full of mildew, I booked a king room and to my surprise upon entering the room in was a double bed. I called the front desk and apparently they got overbooked and changed my room type without letting me know. The fridge was unplugged when I entered the room , water was all over the floor and it smelled awful. I asked to be moved to a different room but to my surprise the lady at the front desk said that was the only room...

She shows love and kindness in what she does on her job. Wow she is phenomenal. I just had to share that experience. Front desk staff extremely kind and friendly. It was a good stay. I will return here again when I come back in August.”
