“The hotel was like a big maze, we liked it, the front desk staff was friendly and very helpful with everything. the room was nice and clean, the pool area was clean, is very well set up, no hut tub but the pool was very warm and big enough to swim laps. The gentleman at the restaurant was very friendly and helpful. They had a big menu and big portions. The Shuttle was quick and on time. “We had bugs in our room. The room wasn’t ready for use until 4 o’clock and once in the room one of the beds weren’t made. The help at the front desk was nonexistent every time myself or someone from my party went to front desk no one was there. ”
