“I really don’t think the security was great as the doors kept on being propped open. There is blood spots on my bed and on some of the towels.”

“Air handler was so loud it was unusable. In fact, you can hear other room’s air handlers from your room. Was put in a room above the outdoor bar seating and had to deal with so-called grownups drinking and being loud into the early morning hours. You can literally hear every noise in your room as if the walls were paper thin. 2 of the 3 mornings there was no hot water for showers and the breakfast was less than average at best. “The room smelled like smoke. There was a homeless man sleeping with his shoes off in the dining room next to our table. The woman told him to leave. He didn’t and proceeded to eat and go back to sleep ”

“When we booked the hotel room, we got alternative breakfast for two ppl, but hotel staff and Expedia customer service said that we don’t see it in their system. I showed them on my phone and it clearly says in my account on the Marriott website but still they didn’t help. Don’t book through Expedia. You will lose the breakfast benefit, even if it shows on the special benefits section in our account.”

“Once in the room discovered no bed sheets or pillows for the sofa bed. Tried to call, the phone was not connected and could not find the phone jack. Was attacked by the breakfast grill lady after being advised by the front desk to get breakfast down the hall at the Embassy Suites. Forced to return to the front desk for confirmation to only be told by the grill lady that she will only serve us this one time. Didn’t know the grill lady owned the hotel?? All this to have a breakfast barely...
