“I always stay at Brick Lodge when working in Atlanta. It is consistently clean, quiet and safe.”

“The photos were misleading. The property is falling apart. The metal guard on the stars is rusty and one of the steps had a piece bent up, easily leading to an accident. The sidewalk to the room is full of old gum stuck to the ground and corroded from the drops of the air conditioner, dripping to the bottom floor. The area was not the best. The room was non-smoking, but I could smell a strong scent of it being a smoking room at one point or some other unusual smell. Housekeeping only changed...

“The people working at the hotel were polite. The rooms were smallish and a bit musty. The hotel was under renovation, and the pool was closed. Neither of those issues was disclosed when I made the reservation. I checked the box to include paid parking, breakfast for 2, and free wi-fi, but the hotel kept saying it didn't show on their end. I had to show them my email. I was charged for parking, and something was charged to my room, but I have yet to receive an explanation. The hotel staff...
