“I was really upset because the Fire alarm woke us up at 5:30am and 7am after I had gotten in late. Come to find out it happened several mornings and it was false alarm. I was pissed because I was exhausted and had to 3 half asleep kids I drag down to the lobby only to be told false alarm. the lady at the front desk just blew me off when I complain saying its not there fault and there aware of the issue. There were alot of people pissed off about that. An heads up would of been nice instead of...

“The sheets had stains, the carpet had stains, the wall had stains, the lock was broken, the toilet seat was the wrong size, the breakfast was Raisen Bran and waffles. ”

“There’s a refrigerator in the kitchen but not functioning We brought lots of food with bunch of ice cream . Had to throw them out and ice cream was melted ou”

“There were people being loud outside our door till 5am. Just didn’t feel safe there at all.”

“My stay was very disappointing. The building is mid-renovation, and the service was subpar; I was even cursed at by a staff member when asking for extra bedding. The sofa bed mattress was of such poor quality that I felt the springs all night and ended up using the couch cushions for padding. Definitely not worth the stay in its current condition.”

“The pool was closed, the gym seemed stocked but I didn’t use any of the machines. only one elevator worked and it took forever to come. The hallway and stairs smelled of urine. The light cover literally fell off the wall above the sink as I was in the rest room. It was quiet and very close to shopping. ”
