“The location was stunning and the views were breathtaking. Our room was out of this world, with huge floor to ceiling windows we were blessed to wake to the beautiful view every day. Staff were loveky, really helpful and friendly, nothing was too much. There were 3 gorgeous residential cats and a beautiful dog at the property. We were so sad to leave and wished our stay had been longer. This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed out. ”

“Our 4 day stay in Sapa at this hotel was great! From the front desk staff especially Wendy she was fantastic AWESOME! If you needed help with anything at all she was there to help from trip plans or just everyday questions. The restaurant staff was also amazing very attentive to your food questions and wants. Food was amazing breakfast, lunch and dinner. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Sapa in Vietnam. We will be back for another visit and we will definitely staying...

“The view was amazing, the staff was so kind and friendly and went above and beyond to be accommodating. The breakfast that was included was also delicious and we had dinner at the home stay one night which was good and reasonably priced. I would definitely come back here again and recommend it to everyone ”

“This hotel is beautiful, from the lobby to the dinning area, and to the room itself. Get the breakfast buffet. Just do it. Also, the shuttle to and from the city center was the cherry on top!”

“There are many choices in Sapa, better choose others. It located directly on the road, one side with the valley view, other is directly view to other hotel. However noisy both side. It not exactly same like in the pictures, remember, other side is look directly to other hotel's room.”

“Pros: Beautiful view. The grounds are lovingly maintained and lush. The staff are hardworking, attentive, and friendly. The main highlight of this venue is the food, which is truly world class. Amazing breakfast with incredible french toast. If you value fresh and local ingredients, the quality here is hard to top. We would have loved to do the cooking class but did not get the time to. Dinners were great too, albeit not included and relatively expensive for Vietnam. Great location - 10 minute...

“The hotel is located in the busy street of Old Quarter. Very accessible to restaurants, basic groceries, and close to some attractions. They also have a good breakfast buffet but when we had to eat at 6:30am due to early pick up for the tour, they are not yet ready.”
