“About 15-20 mins out of town depending on traffic. Very easy to get a grab from here. We stayed in a villa and it was spectacular. The mountains views were amazing to wake up to and the villa itself was clean and cozy. We loved all the gardens and vegetables growing around us and the staff had four cats that we ended up giving way too much attention to! Will definitely be staying here again :)”

“The room was clean overall but the curtains had several spots/stains on them. The room door would not lock shut from the outside when you are leaving. I was nervous about leaving the whole time I stayed. The pool had no water in it (but it was too windy to swim). The shower flooded and everything was dated and need refreshed. However the staff was very friendly.”

“I was truly taken by surprise and impressed with Sapa Horizon Hotel & Sky Bar. The quality and attention to detail to ensure the comfort of the guest's stay was truly impressive. The classically modern room was spacious, clean, with a large balcony and a beautiful view where you can spend hours relaxing. The condition of the hotel was also excellent. “Valley views were amazing. Meals were good. Staff was especially friendly and knowledgeable. Enjoyed playing with their pets. My kids loved playing darts in the lobby. Since it was low season, I felt like we had the entire resort to ourselves. There's not much around the immediate vicinity, but you can take an inexpensive Grab to the village in the valley or walk down if you don't mind walking back up.”

“This property was amazing and it exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was excellent. They clean your room every day and give you free water and soda. It’s very quiet due to it’s proximity so you will sleep good.”

“There are many choices in Sapa, better choose others. It located directly on the road, one side with the valley view, other is directly view to other hotel. However noisy both side. It not exactly same like in the pictures, remember, other side is look directly to other hotel's room.”

“I like that it’s location near to the night market and other shops. I didn’t like their breakfast was very poor with different kind of food and they don’t have iron to provide customers rooms but they support to iron internally with free of charge. No too many labors to support and no more guests there I would like to say thanks for Mr. Zoo because he tried to fix many disasters in the hotel and do his best to understand our needs and get our satisfaction.”

“Overall a pleasant experience staying here. The rooms were spacious and they cleaned them well daily. The location is excellent, right beside the lake and a few minutes walk into the heart of sapa village. The only downside was the bed which was not comfortable - I could feel the springs - and the pool wasn't clean, although it's not exactly swimming weather atm (mid 20'). Staff were excellent and breakfast was decent with lots of fruit and cooked options”
