“Never again! I arrived to a trash strewn parking lot. Sitting area adjacent to filthy front door was disgusting. Dirt. Trash and cigarette butts on the ground. Worn, dirty mat at entrance. Long check-in process. Stained, dirty carpets in corridors, elevator and room. Room door propped open with heavy desk. No towels or washcloths. Interior parts of fridge displaced or missing. “The breakfast staff was exceptional!”

“Our room wasn’t offered clean towels for two days. Our bed wasn’t made timely during day hours while we were out. Some receptionists weren’t very friendly: just overall experience wasn’t the best. We’ve stayed here every year for the past 3. This was the worst yet experience.”

“Tasha was extremely rude, when I approached the desk. Her tone and demeanor is not in line with hospitality standards nor decent human interaction. I attempted to check in and was denied and handed a slip of paper saying my booking has been canceled. Don't recommend!”

However, the shower rod was sagging so the shower curtain would not stay in place, and the ice machine was near our room and was very noisy, especially when someone wanted ice each morning at 5:30. You should also be aware that they allow pets. We could hear dogs yipping in the hallway and next door.”

“I booked a3 night stay 2 nights we had a storm and no electricity with no compensation no back up generators nothing just in dark until you weren’t.. the door locked on the handle but no other safety features the door had crackers you could see outside you get what you pay for.”
