“We got the room with constant noise and vibration. I couldn't get proper sleep. ”

“Hair and stains on the towels. Sink drain rusted. Water pressure abysmal. Paint flaking on walls and ceiling. Bugs. Toilet dirty. Parking lot trashy. Furniture broken, the drawers wouldn’t open. No Iron. Whole place smelled like cigarettes and weed. ”

“The staff would real good. The food was all right. Park was decent. Had a clean room had a clean room overall it was great.”

“Dining area was very good, the breakfasts were good. They had everything we expected (I've stayed at Residence Inns many times over the years. There was one desk clerk that was great. I don't recall his name but he was working until 11 p.m. when we checked in on Friday...The others were pretty much on the 'blah' side. We never got housekeeping to clean out room, even once. We had a pile of dirty towels and washcloths by the shower that were never picked up. We asked at the desk twice and...

“Unhelpful staff”

“Way overpriced for an aged hotel in need of renovations. Lines and towels are worn out and the breakfast was not worth touching. ”

“Housekeeping failed to secure my room door after servicing my room. Arrived several hours later to my room door open. Gentleman at front desk was pretty nonchalant about the entire situation. AC sounded like a 757 jet when it kicked on. Stayed 3 nights for work. Slept horribly between constant room doors slamming and the room above me continuously stomping around. People walking the banister talking loudly all hours of the night. The curtains didn't cover the entire window so it looked...

“Room was large. Heat/AC worked fine. Linens, carpet, etc., are worn. Dingy on surfaces that see a lot of contact. Located about 10-15 minutes from downtown, a straight shot down boulevards. Lots of shops around. Located next to a mil air base, so helicopters were going low overhead at times, incl. at night. Can't be beat for the price.”
