“It was a nice place with friendly staff who was always helpful. Room was big, but bathroom very very tiny. There were some amenities missing, such as a shelf in the bathroom or the roll for the toilet paper. Air con and fan were working properly, and the small fridge too. Location was nice, 10 minutes walking from town so definitely quiter. But there is not a real beach there, Caalan beach is mostly rockly and dirty..”

“We stayed for 8 nights and had a fantastic trip.
The rooms are basic Mediterranean style and a little rough around the edges, but they're very clean. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the bedding and towels smelled amazing every day. There's also a huge seating area in the room which was really comfortable, decent enough aircon, and a surprisingly good hairdryer. The fridge, however, was pretty useless.
Housekeeping was incredibly efficient our room was serviced almost the second we left...

“Das Frühstück war gut, allerdings lässt der Service leider zu wünschen übrig. Es wirkt so, als hätten die Kellner keine klar zugewiesenen Aufgaben – jeder macht alles und gleichzeitig nichts. Dadurch dauern Bestellungen sehr lange und einzelne Punkte werden teilweise vergessen.
Das Hotel liegt etwas höher gelegen. Dadurch hat man zwar eine schöne Aussicht, allerdings weigern sich manche Tuk-Tuks, bis ganz nach oben zu fahren, sodass man ein Stück bergauf gehen muss, was auf Dauer etwas nervig...

“The place was not ideal because of the on going construction but the way the staff took care of us was amazing. They went out of their ways to accommodate our needs. I noticed this because there was cancellation of the tour we joined. would have been out of the hotel all day having fun exploring the place and only needed a safe place to sleep. I don’t care about gym, pool, etc. I went to el Nido to check the place not to enjoy the hotel . Spend your money checking the area and get a safe cheaper...

“Eigentlich könnte die Anlage wirklich schön sein, wenn sie zum einen besser gepflegt wäre und zum anderen sauberer wäre.
Die Dusche fiel immer wieder aus, da kein bis wenig Wasserdruck vorhanden war. Das WiFi funktionierte die ersten beiden Tage auch nicht, danach gab es zwar WiFi, aber dieses war auch sehr unzuverlässig und schlecht. Unser Zimmer inklusive Badezimmer war leider auch nicht besonders sauber. Über all diese Dinge könnte man hinwegsehen wenn die Unterkunft im Verhältnis nicht so...
