“Personale cordiale, bellissima terrazza dove poter pranzare o bere un drink con vista sulla baia di El Nido, posizione perfetta. Abbiamo apprezzato la possibilità di accedere alla camera prima del check-in time ed i voucher sconto per la spa vicina all’hotel. Consigliatissimo.”

“We had a great stay at The Town by Namal in El Nido! The room was clean, organized, and comfortable. The location was perfect, right in the centre of town and close to everything we needed, especially the dock for the island hopping tours. It made getting around so convenient. Special thanks to Lia and the entire hotel staff for being so accommodating and helping arrange everything we needed throughout our stay. We truly appreciated their hospitality and would definitely recommend this place to...

“Personale gentilissimo, camera perfetta. Bravi ragazzi continuate cosi”

“The staff are absolutely the best of all the places we’ve stayed in the Philippines. They adhere to the highest quality of customer service. We’re also thankful for the spa and gym staff. They keep the sauna area and gym impeccable. The food served at Gana restaurant are delicious and the servers and cooks are all great! And don’t miss out on dinner at Henri’s. Every one of the shuttle drivers and boat crew, including Mike at conscierge are absolutely top notch. Our butlers (Anne and Ralf)...

“Chambre propre Rénovation récente”

“The staff at this hotel give 100 percent to make you feel at home. They know you by name and are ready to answer any question at any time.”

“The staff are very helpful and friendly. I forgot my hand luggage at the reception but the staff called me and the manager delivered it himself. That was service way and beyond. The breakfast items are great and there are good lunch and dinner selections. It is an eco friendly resort . We loved it . It is 5 minutes walk from a tuk tuk stand from where down town El Nido is access. .”

“Amazing”

“Très propre (dès qu'une personne sort de la douche, quelqu'un passe pour la laver). Personnel serviable heureux de nous aider à réserver des tours ou le ferry.”

“The location is excellent, right in the middle of everything yet fairly quiet with an amazing view. The staff was very friendly and helpful and it was safe and clean. Most importantly for me, the bed was comfortable :)”

“The most kind staff we’ve ever encountered. The hospitality really shined here. When we arrived, they greeted us with warm smiles. We stayed for 6 nights and the staff made our engagement celebration a wonderful experience. They make sure you’re comfortable and are quick to correct any issues you may encounter. The staff helped with booking our tours, recommended where to visit, booked private transport, and guided us to best experience El Nido! Truly outstanding service!”

“This hotel is exceptional in all aspects of our stay. We stayed in Studio 1, opposite the check in office. The rooms were clean and shower area large. The restaurant’s food was delicious, compliments to the chef for always producing tasty, delicious meals. The staff in the restaurant area are very attentive and helpful. The pool was delightful and an area we frequented often. The happy hour at the restaurant was great with delicious and perfectly made cocktails. I had a massage at the facility,...

“Tutto perfetto, posizione eccellente e personale sempre attento e disponibile in particolare Rey.”

“Ottima struttura immersa nel verde con una piscina piccola ma molto comoda. La cordialità e gentilezza del personale, le stanze curate e pulita. Struttura consigliata”

“Struttura caratteristica tenuta molto bene”

“Un soggiorno da favola. Personale cordiale e disponibile in ogni momento della giornata, colazione abbondante e servita sul balcone in camera con una vista mozzafiato. Abbiamo adorato ogni aspetto del nostro soggiorno e se avessimo potuto saremmo restati ancora più a lungo. Consigliamo Vellago Resort a chi cerchi un angolo di paradiso dopo poter fare snorkling e godere di un po’ di privacy, lontano dal trambusto di El Nido città.”
