“All the staff were great. The spa facility is very impressive with great views from roof top pool and the Finnish sauna room. We were given an upgrade to a bigger room on arrival which was a lovely touch. We were skiing and the hotel is a long way up a steep hill to the gondola. “The hotel was actually pretty good, the room was a little bit small and the bathroom was old, but you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view from a private balcony in your room.
