Hotel vicino a Badkhalsa Memorial - Sonepat

“Room achhe the par staff rate ki vajah se thoda upset the isliye har bar puch rahe the ki check out kab hai 😠😞”

“Tudo muito simples, mas OK”

“Cleanliness was below average (bed, bathroom and floor). Staff was not helpful. They don't give you more than one key even if there are more than one people staying in the room, citing security reasons, which is absurd. They gave only two bath towels and one hand towel, though the reservation was for 3 people. Breakfast was terrible, it was not included and we paid at the time of reservation. Also, if you want to order coffee (room service) in the morning, they dont have staff, so they refused....

“yes”

“They asked for extra money during visit , gave non ac room instead of ac , bed was dirty , locks were broken , and surrounding ambience is poor and filthy.”

“They cancelled the hotel booking the day before and have yet to provide any refund. Do not use this hotel.”
