“Personnel are polite but they make you repeat your request 10 Times. I was given a wrong room for 2 days, they said its international app so they dont seethe type of room i booked. Finally on third day agreed to upgrade the room. For 2 days in a standard room i was not refunded or given complimentary service, they simply said sorry. I would recommend never to stay at this place.”

“Worst Ramada hotel I have been too. The property has not be taken care of. The bathroom were mouldy. Bedroom had so many mosquitoes , when asked for an all out. They said they didn’t have any available. Considering all the all outs were being used by other rooms the owner knows their is problem. So why not get more all out and also get pest control. “Room had Broken tile, broken wash basin, broken shower handle hanging out of wall. Sheets were dirty and had holes and were too small for the bed. bought a blanket to put on top so I could sleep. Staff was friendly but unresponsive. After two requests for a towel and no action I found one in open staff closet. Not told that I had to activate geezer switch to get hot water. And then hot water lasted only 30 seconds both times I tried. Hotels.com had this rated at a 10 with five phony 10 rated...
