“I would not wish this hotel on my worst enemy. It is super dirty and humid. The room has no windows. The kitchen staff are loud and it is impossible to sleep. It is in a very inconvenient area that is not near anything. I arrived at this hotel and could not stay there. I checked out that day and now they are refusing to refund my money. DO NOT STAY HERE.”

“Fuori dal centro di Delhi, ma la metro è a pochi metri dall'hotel che in 20 30 minuti ti porta al centro oppure all'aeroporto in circa 40min.
L'hotel sebbene un 5 stelle è in fase di rinnovo e gli arredi sono un po' old style. È comunque è una valida struttura. La piscina è abbastanza grande e pulita. Intorno ci sono banche per prelevare i necessari contanti.”

“What a gem of place. Great overall experience. All staff were very professional and went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Thanks for the heater! We were made to feel very welcome. Food was excellent and they had a really good variety of dishes. Room was really nice and the bed was very comfortable.

“Overall the property was clean, however, the housekeeper was rude and very unprofessional. One hour before checkout, we were reminded by the housekeeper to leave the room immediately before checkout time. This was the first case where I was forced to pack my bags in a hurry.
Would not recommend this place to anyone.
We were confronted with an unconventional rule stating, unmarried or friends (male, female) cannot stay in one room and were asked to book another room by the receptionist.”

Upon complaining they tell me i selected maintainance room and i knew about it. Which guest in the world chose maintainance room over a proper guest room.
