“I would not wish this hotel on my worst enemy. It is super dirty and humid. The room has no windows. The kitchen staff are loud and it is impossible to sleep. It is in a very inconvenient area that is not near anything. I arrived at this hotel and could not stay there. I checked out that day and now they are refusing to refund my money. DO NOT STAY HERE.”

“What a gem of place. Great overall experience. All staff were very professional and went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Thanks for the heater! We were made to feel very welcome. Food was excellent and they had a really good variety of dishes. Room was really nice and the bed was very comfortable.
We would definitely come back.”

“Overall the property was clean, however, the housekeeper was rude and very unprofessional. One hour before checkout, we were reminded by the housekeeper to leave the room immediately before checkout time. This was the first case where I was forced to pack my bags in a hurry.
Would not recommend this place to anyone.

“The property failed to reserve a room despite advance booking and payment and yet wanted me to check out ASAP. The room itself was in a dilapidated state. The bathroom has broken toilet seat ,clogged sink and the taps just had scalding hot water. Any complaints regarding the above were ignored and the rain was blamed for the bad experience ”
