“Fuori dal centro di Delhi, ma la metro è a pochi metri dall'hotel che in 20 30 minuti ti porta al centro oppure all'aeroporto in circa 40min. L'hotel sebbene un 5 stelle è in fase di rinnovo e gli arredi sono un po' old style. È comunque è una valida struttura. La piscina è abbastanza grande e pulita. Intorno ci sono banche per prelevare i necessari contanti.”

“Sono rimasta soddisfatta della camera e dell'attenzione e cordialità al ristorante dell'hotel dove il cuoco, avendo comunicato che soffro di allergie alimantari tutte le sere mi chiedeva se poteva cucinarme qualcosa a mio piacere e gusto.”

Siamo stati in due ravvicinate occasioni e la seconda è stata terribile (terzo letto portato dopo ripetute telefonate dopo le 23:00, dotazione bagno insufficiente, pulizia mediocre). Alla fine non sono riuscito neanche a fare il check-in online perchè il loro internet Explorer era "out of date"!!!!'”

“Cassava was a great stay. It was a bit small for 3 adults but clean and had all the facilities like the washer to wash your clothes and hot breakfast of their choice. It was easy to find a transport outside. One con was that we got stuck in the elevator a few times but we rang the alarm and residents were able to make the lift move. Next few times we took the stairs up to the 3rd floor. The owner was easy to work with. Will recommend in the Patel nagar area.”

“One of the most disturbing hotel stays I’ve ever had. The room was unbearably cold. I asked repeatedly for a blanket over several hours while I sat there shivering, and staff showed zero urgency or concern. Food was another joke—each time I ordered, the portions got noticeably smaller, to the point it felt deliberate. Cleanliness was unacceptable. There was a thick chunk of dust stuck to the TV and its equipment, clearly untouched for ages. When I mentioned it, staff rolled their eyes instead...
