“The host was accommodating and the house had the necessary amenities for our family of five. The neighborhood is safe. However, this location is directly in the flight path from RDU. The noise and vibrations from airplanes taking off overhead all night is torture. It feels like the house is made of cardboard when the airplanes fly over (repeatedly, all day and night). You are better off in an inexpensive, insulated airport hotel if you want to be able to sleep. This cannot be overstated or...

“This is a great property. We had 3 adults and plenty of room. It was nicely decorated and had many nice features above a 5 star rating! If we travel back to Chapel Hill, we will definitely try to stay here. The city bus stops almost by the driveway and it is free to travel on it. We rode it to the N.C. University baseball park each day. The second day, the bus was a few minutes early and the driver actually stopped at the driveway and honked the horn!!!! I just can’t recommend this place...

“The hosts were incredibly communicative and very easy to get ahold of when a minor issue came up with entry to the house. Great location, beautiful home with just about any amenity you might need - the spin bike and telescope were extra nice touches even though I didn’t get the chance to use them. I will definitely be back!”
