✔ No parties or additional guests allowed.

✔ Do not trespass past marked property boundary
✔ Quiet sanctuary – no loud noise
✔ Permitted Occupancy Based on Septic: 6 guests not including infants/ young children in diapers. Need more or different dates? Just ask! We have other accommodations in the area.
★ VEHICLE REQUIREMENTS ★
*4WD REQUIRED NOV-APRIL* - AWD recommended year-round. In winter storms, 4x4 vehicles with good clearance and snow tires, are necessary. Bring chains if you have them.
The road to the house has 2 steep hills and is snow packed all winter. Keep your momentum up on Lakeview Road and with the proper vehicle you should have no trouble but our snowplower is in the area and can be called for help if you do.
★ NO FIRES OR SMOKING ★
Wildfire is a major risk to the community here. No smoking allowed anywhere on the property. Outdoor fires are limited only to the gas grill and gas fire table. Indoors, only the gas fireplace.
★ QUIET SANCTUARY ★
This is a quiet peaceful sanctuary for our neighbors. Please observe quiet hours of 7am to 10pm and refrain from using speakers for outdoor music or loud noise at all times.
★ AIR CONDITIONING ★
The Dome has a mini split for heat and AC, but like most mountain homes in Colorado, the house doesn't have AC. In Bailey, CO, cool mountain air and high elevation keep temps comfortable, rarely exceeding 85°F. Use fans and open windows at night, then close up in the morning to stay cool all day.
★ WILD ANIMALS★
Wild animals like bears, moose, deer, racoons, and mountain lions frequent the area. DO NOT LEAVE FOOD OR DISHES IN THE DOME, and avoid using candles, incense, or perfume. Bears are attracted to scents and will cause serious damage to the dome.
★ HIGH ALTITUDE ★
The house is at 9,000 feet elevation. Stay hydrated, limit alcohol, and allow time to adjust. Oxygen cans can help with acclimation and symptoms.
