Waterfront Home In Baileys Harbour ~ Fantastica vista sul porto e sulle isole!

In vacanza sul lago è l'esperienza consumata della Contea di Door. Le onde ti culleranno nel sonno e l'umore in continua evoluzione del lago diventerà il tuo ricordo preferito. I surfisti di aquiloni e vela praticano nella nostra baia a causa delle condizioni di calma. Arrivano tutti i tipi di imbarcazioni da diporto e da pesca e le navi minerarie abbracciano la riva mentre passano.

Le linee pulite degli interni in stile Impero sono accentate dalla nostra collezione di pezzi d'antiquariato unici nel loro genere provenienti da tutto il mondo. Ogni area ha accesso all'esterno attraverso una veranda o un balcone. Ogni camera è progettata in modo intelligente per avere una vista sul lago.

Le camere da letto matrimoniali sono fuori dalla veranda e sul ponte al piano principale e al piano superiore nella zona idromassaggio. Le camere standard si trovano fuori dal garage e al piano superiore nella zona del Carosello. 3 bagni sono collegati alle camere da letto; uno nella zona Carousel al piano di sopra non lo è.

Sei a dieci minuti dal traffico intenso e vivace dello shopping sul lato della baia. Il nostro lago è noto come il tranquillo santuario naturale di piante e animali selvatici unici. La bellezza e la calma hanno attratto gli attori e gli artisti più talentuosi in quest'area sin dai primi del 1900.

I bambini sono felici di giocare nella sabbia sul bordo del fondale basso, passeggiare fino allo Yum Yum Tree per il gelato, riorganizzare la casa delle bambole, cavalcare il coniglio selvatico della giostra, giocare con i giocattoli folk unici o altri giochi. La raccolta di DVD per bambini può essere vista come la preparazione per il letto. Chiedere indicazioni per The Farm dove anche i bambini più grandi amano acquistare cibo per gli animali affamati da cortile.

Fantastic views and location!

The location is great. Can walk all over. Views are stunning. The biggest issue was the cleanliness of the home. It really needs a deep clean and some updating.

Cedar Beach Inn in Bailey's Harbor

The house is large with 4 bathrooms, 2 queen BR over garage, 1 queen downstairs, 1 king and lots of bunk beds and 1 queen upstairs. Really nice porch overseeing the lake. Deck out back and long grassy area that is short fenced in all the way around except for 2 openings next to the house that we blocked off for the dog and child. Unfortunately, no entrance to the lake at all. Aclan? beach 3 houses south, really nice. Bp next door is handy. Needs some upkeep here and there but all in all very nice place. Super nice couple that owns it. They do their own cleaning, so we tried to pick up after ourselves and tidy a bit before we left. Ice maker broken but they bought a bag of ice and that was fine. Well stocked everything. Internet sketchy and Roku had issues but finally got it to work on the porch. Upstairs was great but that was closest to the modem. Thank you to Mary and Ray.

Spacious older house with a large backyard overlooking Lake Michigan. Located on the main highway (busy during the day) within walking distance to restaurants/shops/nightspots. Good-sized bedrooms.

Contacted owners ahead of stay to ask about early entry. return email indicated we could get in at 1:00 and a bedroom would be ready for children to take a nape, but that didn't happen. Owners didn't remember. The dryer in the garage broke the day we arrived (6/28). there was another small dryer in bathroom, but its time was defective and had to keep repeat drying. New dryer in garage was installed late afternoon on the July 3. Ice maker on refrigerator stopped working, reported to owner. Never fixed. Owner comment, the next renter would benefit from our reporting. I had contacted the owner a year in advance to rent there house on Glidden Drive and was told they would reserve, but again when contact their memory didn't hold. When contact it was booked. Two bedrooms are in the garage without air conditioning...so no one slept there. Great place to watch the 4th of July parade and the f ireworks in Bailey's Harbor.

House was right on lake as advertised and we could walk to a lot of places. Lots of history to look at in this home and when it rained or got too cool to sit outside under the top deck we enjoyed the 3 season room facing the lake.

Our growing family (aged 1 to 67) just spent a week at Cedar Beach Inn The house was spacious and extremely well stocked! We have been coming up for years and this rental was the best so far Most amazing was the view and all of the outdoor spaces (yard and multiple decks) AND proximity to the beach, playground, town of Baileys Harbor not to mention - all of the west coast towns - nothing is more than 15 minutes away Can’t wait to return

Beautiful home on Lake Michigan

Our family ( 3 generations ) stayed for a week. We enjoyed the porches, the backyard, the view, and fire pit. We had a slight glitch in that the oven was not operational, however the owner made an accommodation for that. We had a wonderful time and have great memories of our time at Cedar Beach Resort.

Wedding weekend

We came up for our daughters wedding. We had my 85 year old parents and our adult children. Every one had plenty of space. My parents loved sitting on the huge porch out back watching the water. The view was amazing. Beautiful sunrises. Very relaxing. The proximity to town was perfect. Made life easy to step out for dinner or drinks. The trees that lined the backyard made things very private on both sides. The shady front porch had plenty of seating to relax and people watch. The home is Decor is eclectic and charming with history rich items. I have a fond appreciation for. We had an amazing weekend and couldn’t be happier. We will definitely be back.

Great views, disappointing stay

• The view from the porch and yard was beautiful. • The yard was big enough for kids to run around and play games. • The furniture had issues. Recliners were broken or difficult to operate. Wooden tables and chairs wobbled, creaked and appeared ready to collapse. • The coffee makers had used grounds in them. We bought vinegar to run through them and it came out completely black in one of them, yuck! • The whirlpool bath was not cleaned when we arrived. In general, the entire house looked like it could use a good cleaning. There were clothes and stuff in closets and dressers. • The garage door opener didn’t work. • There were not very many towels available and we ran out of toilet paper with 2 days left. • The steps to the lake were unusable. The balcony part had no support and would have been dangerous to use. • One of the garage bedrooms was so tiny! It was almost entirely filled by the bed. We dubbed it “the dungeon“. • The owners never responded to phone calls or messages through VRBO. Ray stopped by on his way to a meeting the first day but not because we had reached out. Messages sent after that got no response. • The fireplace in the living room didn’t work. • The house will sleep 16 but the only place for 16 people to gather is the yard. • I’ve read the responses to other reviews so I’m fully expecting a snarky response with excuses and blame shifting. • I love Baileys Harbor and we will be back, but not to this property or these owners again.

Girls Trip!

We had a group of 10 women on a girls trip to Door County. Some family and some friends so we wanted a place big enough so we could have our own space if we wanted. This was the perfect house for us! Plenty of beds and bedrooms and bathrooms. The porch facing the lake was amazing and we spent quite a bit of time there. It is in a nice location and could walk to several restaurants and bars. We would definitely stay here again !

Family Get Together

Fantastic! Each family had their own space for privacy plus plenty of space to hang out together. Perfect for our parents who are in their 90s. They had first floor bedroom with walk in shower. They LOVED sitting in the four season porch overlooking the water. Couldnt have had a better mini vacation.
