“I highly enjoyed my stay at this property. I came with my family so I really needed a place to accommodate all of our needs. And this place did not disappoint. It was very clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. Although I am a native New Yorker, I no longer live in the city but come home frequently as a “tourist” lol. “This apartment is exactly as pictured-clean, bright, and spacious with modern furnishings. It also includes a bunch of useful and thoughtful amenities like individually wrapped slippers by the front door and toiletries. The extra boxes of tissues, napkins and paper towels were also very helpful. Eche was a GREAT host and was intentional in ensuring that our stay was going well the time we were there. Obviously, no one can control what happens outside but we did have one night of really loud...

“Nothing fancy, and not as "cute" as the photos make it seem. Walking in there was a bunch of random glass and building materials in the hallway, creaky stairs, etc. The walls/doors are also PAPER THIN so expect to hear other guests if you stay here (i woke up to kids screaming a lot and some ppl playing loud music - they do have earplugs in the room though). There are two shuttered/closed down restaurants below the hotel, which gave it a sorta sad vibe. Otherwise, excellent location, easy 2block...

“Host was great and we loved the neighborhood, very quiet and cute. The place is spacious with lots of privacy between the bedrooms and a full kitchen. Coffee was stocked for me which I always appreciate. Location is a bit far out but we knew that going in and it was a great deal. Thanks Alex! ”

“The apartment was amazing; and it exceeded the description on Vrbo. The fixtures and appliances were all new; the bathrooms and kitchen were remodeled; the bedrooms were fresh and comfortable; and the accomodations were awesome. The apartment is very close to the highway, thus, very convenient to access in/out of the city, etc. And, the host and her on-site property manager (Therese) were fully accessible and accomodating during our stay. A perfect place to visit in the Bronx!”
