The Space:
Tiny in Orchard by Tiny Away is located in Mitchell Park, just a 17-minute drive from Ballarat and its captivating attractions, including Lake Wendouree, the Ballarat Tramway Museum, and the Ballarat Botanical Gardens. Plus, Victoria Park is only two minutes away.

This 139-square-foot tiny home situated on a flat area surrounded by orchards and park trees. It offers easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette with cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower—ensuring a comfortable stay as you explore more holiday homes.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny home, the front garden, and the orchard, while other areas can be explored under supervision.

The Neighborhood:
Tiny in Orchard by Tiny Away is a charming tiny house in Mitchell Park, just 17 minutes drive from Ballarat and an hour from Melbourne, surrounded by farmland and nature, with cafés 9 km away, a winery just 2 km away, and easy access to Ballarat’s attractions, local parks, Mt Cole, the Grampians, Mt Beckworth, and Sovereign Hill.

Getting Around:
By car:

- 17 mins drive from Ballarat
- 1 hr drive from Melbourne
- 24 mins from or to Mount Beckworth
- 1 hr drive from or to Mount Cole (consult land host for details)

All are accesible by 2WD.

By public transportation: The tiny house is just 7.3 kms to Wendouree train station. For more details, please contact land host a day in advance. Thank you.

Other Things to Note:
- Weber BBQ is available
- 1 Pet Allowed with an additional fee of $20
- Mobile phone reception has a good signal
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- No smoking allowed inside the tiny home, except outdoors
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge
- We have horses, dogs, and a cat. While the dogs and horses are contained, the cat may occasionally visit the tiny house.
- Pets are allowed with 24 hrs advance notice. Small dogs are welcome but must be leashed to protect onsite livestock. Full pet guidelines will be provided before booking.

Important note:

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present.  
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain our cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
