Ville a Ballinadee

“Stanza a Kinsale accessibile in totale autonomia.

“Great location. Nice Hotel overall, however, a bit tired, and looks quite rough from the back of the Hotel. Breakfast just ok, the young gentleman who greeted us was lovely, but the girls serving were quite dismissive, asked for more butter, but did not arrive, had to ask another girl. Reception staff were ok, bit robotic Quality of food at breakfast was just ok, nothing amazing. Certain aspects of the room was tired eg grout in bathroom, mirror above sink also worn with age. Car park is not big...

“It was absolutely beautiful.”

“The staff was wonderful and the breakfast was excellent. While the property was once very nicely decorated, it is badly in need of some maintenance and TLC. The trim and mouldings were chipped and in need of paint. The carpets needed to be cleaned and the bathrooms need some attention - if you flushed the toilet, the sink taps wouldn’t work until the toilet had finished filling. For a four star rated property, it was not up to the standard one would expect and not worth the money.”
