“Room was lovely had what you need. It was quite cold but the weather was appalling therefore no fault of the room but I did get up at 3am and have to override the thermostat to put the radiator on. I would suggest thicker better quality towels for a 5 star rating but overall. Friendly helpful staff and spotless. Would come again and recommend to friends. ”

“Struttura eccellente sotto ogni punto di vista. Comodissima la posizione, a 5 minuti dalla stazione dei bus a lunga distanza e dalla City Hall e dalle strade commerciali limitrofe. Gli altri principali punti di interesse sono quasi tutti raggiungibili entro 15-20 minuti a piedi. Apprezzabili l'arredamento curato, la conodità dei letti con scelta tra due tipi di cuscini, la ricca dotazione della cucina, il wi-fi veloce e stabile, la TV con varie piattaforme streaming. perfetta anche per soggiorni...

“5 stars is too much for this hotel. Double bed is in fact suitable only for one short person! Photos are not like the reality there. No shelf in the bathroom to even put your wash bag. Nothing is practical. And breakfast was the worst part. They gave me white toast saying this is sourdough. Staff are not nice (except one person at front desk). Things were constantly not working. Also no parking for 5 star hotel! It’s def a 3 star hotel”
