“Horrible, a real nightmare hotel. The pictures they provided are just illusions. You can go there JUST if you are a golf player or you have child ill-mannered!! The room was quite basic and poor, the mattress hard and the pillow uncomfortable. The breakfast was also poor and "synthetic". The pool was crowded of children screaming, running end diving. “Hotel is in a great location and has good facilities but it looking a little tired in places notably around the pool and spa area. Breakfast was good but some of the cooked items could have been better. I booked a double double room for our family night away. Checked in and was given room 111 which was an unpleasant dark and cramped accessible room, windows were covered in frosted glass so you could not see out as it overlooked a utility courtyard.
