“Check in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The only negative to the hotel is parking in front is very limited and difficult to get in and out of. The area is used mainly for drop off or check in with a parking garage available one block away. The parking garage does have reserved spots for hotel guests and your parking is validated by the hotel. ”

“Expedia need to work better with their affiliates. I booked for a room for 5 people and when we got there they said they don't have such room. I paid for 2 nights but did a late checked in the morning after the first night. I requested a cot then and 4 more times after that. We did not get our cot till almost 10 on our last night.”

“Used a taxi from BWI- hotel property about 25 minutes from BWI airport. Easy drive a local friend took me back to airport. The rooms are very clean, no strange odor. Comfy bed, shower gel ,lotions and shampoo in shower. King bed room- refrigerator in room. Nice large TV to get am news and weather.
