Terrible experience. Had to checkout as soon as I checked in and made another reservation at a different hotel for my stay. The room was smelling of whatever was smoked, several groups of guys loitering around smoking or whatever they were smoking. I felt really unsafe and i had to leave. They wont refund me.as well.as they didnt care that my money was wasted. Its better to waste some money and be sure that I'm safe. Complete garbage of a hotel. I'll stay clear

Stayed here 6 months ago the room was mediocre but the price was good, stay was fine then and shuttle service on point. This visit the stay was the same but the shuttle service was awful we waited 45 minutes for pick up, called 3 times and drive said they would be there in 10 minutes each time. After a very long day of travel that was not acceptable. Won't stay again.

Overall the room was clean and convenient for my one night stay. I am not a fan of hotels with outside entrance doors. Those are "motels" to me. For that reason i tried to cancel the room immediately but couldn't. I really felt uncomfortable because i was traveling alone. I will definitely do more research before booking the next time.

We always stay at this location when travelling out of the County. We like it that we can park our car while away and know there is security keeping an eye on it. Also, love the shuttle service the hotel provides. Very courteous and professional drivers and always on time!

We have stayed here a couple times but this time we aid for a late checkout (1pm) at 9am we woken up by house keeping and then again at 11:30am a man asking if we were ready to check out. We told him we were late checkout and he wanted to confirm that we paid for it. I paid extra to not be woken up early and that’s what happened. I also had the do not disturb sign on the door.

Price was reasonable for last minute. Not enough toiletries supplied… should add at least continental breakfast. Not enough English speaking staff so I actually had to go to front desk to get proper assistance because the floor attendants couldn’t understand English

We have used this Inn more than once and this time seemed to be bad. Neighboring rooms loud and all the knocking and traffic in and out of the rooms were ridiculous. My 10 year old son and 13 year old daughter witnessed a drug deal. Hopefully things get better.

Dog in next room barked continuously for several hours. I had to be at airport at 3:30 am and was hoping to get a few hours sleep. That was reason I came to this hotel. I love dogs but people should not leave them alone
