Benvenuti nella nostra elegante casa di montagna situato nella suggestiva località sciistica di Beech Mountain, nel cuore della bella High Country, North Carolina. Come città più alta orientale degli Stati Uniti Beech Mountain offre abbondante fascino, l'ospitalità e miglio alto tranquillità. belle Blue Ridge Mountains del North Carolina. La casa si trova su Beech Mountain, la casa di sci faggio, e la città più alta elevazione est del Mississippi. Il nostro nobile elevazione offre sia una splendida stagione sciistica, e le temperature estive raramente superano 78 gradi di.

Ad un breve e panoramiche vi porterà a molte delle principali attrazioni della High Country - montagna di prima generazione, The Blue Ridge Parkway, Boone, Blowing Rock, Mast General Store, Linville Falls ...

La casa ha un facile accesso come ci si trova direttamente fuori strada panoramica di montagna, (Highway 184). L'unità comprende due aree di parcheggio livello. Ci sono ingressi esterni separati elegante scalinata in pietra davanti e un facile accesso alla parte posteriore. La nostra casa è di recente costruzione e dispone di nuovi mobili ed elettrodomestici. Cammina nella porta e l'avviso cucina è completamente arredata con nuovi elettrodomestici inox. Ci sono nuove contro-top elettrodomestici, stoviglie e posate, bicchieri e tutto il articoli di cuocere, pentole, e pezzi che servono avresti mai bisogno. La casa dispone di un ampio salotto ponte posteriore per pranzo. Offriamo tutta la creatura moderni comfort, tra cui le chiamate a lunga distanza di due schermo al plasma del televisore all'interno degli Stati Uniti e RoadRunner a banda larga / internet ad alta velocità.

La casa si trova nel centro della comunità Beech Mountain e solo una passeggiata 200 cortile per gli impianti di risalita o un breve tragitto in auto (meno di un miglio) alla scuola di sci e il villaggio.

La casa è di nuova costruzione e si compone di tre camere da letto, tutte belle lenzuola e fornite, due bagni completi di asciugamani e possono ospitare fino a sei persone in comfort e stile.



In primavera, estate e autunno, godere di oltre 10 sentieri per escursioni in montagna, le cascate della zona, e la pesca alla trota in molti laghi e corsi d'acqua in giro. Molti dei migliori campi da golf del Alto del paese sono pochi minuti di distanza. Molte persone anche godere di rafting e kayak, così come le nuove avventure zip-line. Le attrazioni locali includono Tweetsie Railroad parco a tema, montagna di prima generazione, centro Boone e Blowing Rock, Linville Falls & Caverns, Mast General Store, Banner Elk Winery, etc.

Nella stagione sciistica, si può camminare per 200 yards per le piste da sci Faggio (Bassa run Shawneehaw) o guidare mezzo miglio verso l'ingresso della stazione.

Can’t beat the location!

The house was clean and well maintained, the location to the resort was awesome! Was able to ride our bikes right to the resort instead of having to load up and drive. Overall this was a great stay!

Great location! Roomy home

Stayed at this location as it's a very short walk to the Beech Mountain Ski area (we went to a concert over the summer). House has everything you need, plus we had a deer friend pop by every breakfast to say hi as we ate on the large back porch. Would for sure rent again!

In need of some TLC

This property is in a great location with easy walk to slopes. The home was built with every detail in mind. Unfortunately the home needs a little TLC.The couch pictured on the listing is not the couch in the home. The original couch when the home was newly built is pictured. The one there now is something that belongs in an office lobby. Straight back, high couch. You absolutely will not have a relaxing time in the evening after a day on the slopes as the couch is not made to be comfortable or relaxing! The home is in need of a deep clean. Cob webs on the walls, furniture and baseboards caped in dirt and dust. The mattress in the primary bedroom is like sleeping in a crater and needs to be replaced. Kitchen faucet handle falling off. Notified the owner of the dog poop my daughter stepped in upon arriving and the faucet handle with sadly no reply. Won’t be rebooking our annual trip for 2025.

Family sized property close to slopes

We enjoyed our stay at beech mountain in this house. the house was clean and had all what we needed. good selection of dishware and silverware. washer and dryer worked well. we enjoyed the real wood fireplace. the master bedroom is quite spacious. We did not need one, but there is no pull out sofabed. The walk to the slopes was easy and brings you right to the lifts. the lock boxes with the keys are a bit cumbersome, this would be my one recommendation for improvement.

Great location to the slopes

Great location to the slopes walk down the street and straight onto the slopes. The home was very clean and really felt at home. The visits from the deers every morning and evening was a plus. Would recommend this home

Being generous

The location of this property was the only highlight. It is conveniently close to everything in town. We did communicate all this to the property manager. Pictures were also sent of our complaints. One thing is that I had to communicate with the cable company for 45-50 minutes to realize that the incorrect cable box was hooked and not powered up correctly for anyone to use. Blinds were not functional. The home cleanliness was very poor. Spider webs in the house. I had to clean the shower heads from black mildew. That's only one example. Definitely need a thorough cleaning of the property.

Great check in. Easy to find. Slopes are at the end of the road. We had a great time. Enjoyed fireplace and saw lots of deer. No bears though the kids wanted to see them. Would definitely stay again.

Property had everything we needed.

Was a really great place to stay! Very nice to be able to just walk to the lyft and had a rental place super close too. The deer were nice to wake up to every day! We had all the kitchen supplies we needed, home was clean and warm and everything worked as expected!

Great location with beautiful views

Well we really enjoyed our stay although we was stuck in the house because snow storm -40 we did what we could. We ultized the hill in the back yard and went sledging for 2 days. When things opened back up we were able to go to beech mountain. I highly recommend 4x4 in the winter months although last year wasn't like this and it was easy to navigate. Driveway has incline so at one point we were snowed in as they only plow the main road on the side. House was clean, cozy, everything we needed ,( could use a few more extra pots and pans and bigger coffee pot) but all was there and host was amazing.

Nice place needs minor attention

Overall a nice place to stay! Would rent again! Pots and pans need updating couch supports need to be fixed and need a bbq pit to grill out. All minor but would make a big difference in our stay.

July 2022 Stay

We made a mid week reservation for a weekend stay. The Checkin instructions were slightly off as the intrusions had us trying a lock that was incorrect. After looking around we did find the correct one. There were two keys for two separate locks on the back door, and neither worked for the front door. Weird. The house was very dark and most all of the blinds were not completely operable - either up or down. To let light in we raised them during the day and the front and side windows were over grown with trees that need trimming. The kitchen was functional, but very low rental like with low end pots and pans and a micro coffee maker - literally two and a half cups. The fridge was very noisy, but the stove, microwave and dishwasher worked well. The bedrooms were well sized as well as the bathroom. Showers and water was very comfortable, however the bedding and pillows should be replaced - crinkly plastic cover pillows were not only uncomfortable but noisy. The living room AV was just OK, and our daughter thought it was hilarious that her room had a 12” Tube TV / DVD combo and in her words “why exactly is this still here?” Our overall opinion was this was generous 3 Stars because of the AC, Hot Water and Dining table that we enjoyed playing cards and eating at, however the rest is mediocre at best.
