“THE LOCATION OF THE HOTEL WAS PERFECT AND THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND BIG. FROM THE TIME YOU WALKED IN TO THE HOTEL YOU SAW HOW BEAUTIFUL IT IS THERE. IF YOU GO ON TO THE LAST FLOOR THEY HAVE A PATIO THAT OVERSEES THE OCEAN AND THE VIEW WAS SO GORGEOUS.”

“The staff were all very nice. The rooms were nice too and I liked the bunk bed for the kids. The AC worked great! I did not like having to climb 3 flights of stairs just to get to our room each day. No elevators. Also, things close down early on the island and there's no pool or jacuzzi to wind down at the end of the evening. There is no lobby either. I asked the staff for a microwave to warm up some food for my son, and he showed me to a small staff area with a dirty microwave. I had to walk...

Better than expected, as I appreciated how close I would be to the front street but I was pleasantly surprised at the value of the room even though the price was lower than other hotels. I was in rm 212. It was clean and a great size. The bathroom had a lovely skylight too. “Stayed at El Terado Terrace for a short trip to Avalon and overall had a good experience. The location is a big plus — it’s close enough to downtown to walk, but far enough to be quiet and relaxed. The outdoor terrace areas are nice, especially for coffee in the morning or winding down at night.”
