“Never stayed in the facility as I did not feel safe. ”

“Although it is 100% smoke-free. There is a strong smell of cigarettes. the room furniture is deteriorated. Service staff are attentive and helpful.”

“Clean to these people here is not what clean looks like to most eyes. I’ve never been at a stay that has so many stains on bed sheets, carpets, bathroom curtains all in 1 stay. Literally had to ask for another room and the other room was almost the same. At least have brand new bed sheets and throw out old ones with big stains on them. I was not too happy and had to settle with what I got. If I could’ve gotten a refund I would’ve went right away to another place and payed extra. ”

“Where do I begin the room was dirty the walls were all staid up hairs on the restroom floor hadn’t been cleaned in I don’t know how long disgusting ”

“Went to Jacksonville for The Players tournament. This hotel is located in a good spot between the airport and course.”

“No me han regresado aún el dinero del depósito y luego de las 10 de la noche nadie más atiende en la recepción y mucho escándalo en las habitación y olor a marihuana asombrosamente demasiado olor necesito que me regresen mi depósito de 100 dólares de una ves por todas!! ”
