“Had a issue with our 1st room the door wouldn't lock but they quickly moved us to another room. The water pressure in the shower seemed kinda weak and my wife was awakened by by ants crawling in the bed they were on the floor as well”

“When I showed up to check in after 11pm, the loby was CLOSED. The sign on the door said closed from 11pm to 9am. What hotel lobby closes at night. I couldn't check in.”

“The advertised breakfast buffet is $11.99 per day per person. The posted hours are 6:30-9:30. We arrived at 9am. No plates, no napkins, no bacon, no cups, no mixed fruit. A few pieces of breakfast meats that appeared to have been sitting a while. No biscuits and gravy. The cooked foods were all about gone, and it appeared that they were more focused on finishing up the breakfast for 9:30 rather than bringing out more foods for those of us who came later in the morning . We voiced our displeasure...

“Elevator smells like someone died smoking a cigar in it. The hallways are dark and dingy/creepy, the staff couldn't provide extra towels for some reason. Carpets look disgusting. And they kept my 100 flat deposit for no reason. Horrible stay”

The receptionist was very quiet and provided little to no information about the hotel, amenities, parking, or general stay details. The parking situation was also unclear, as guests are required to park behind the marketplace area with minimal guidance. The exterior approach and main entrance were relatively clean and well-maintained; however, the elevator was noticeably dirty and worn, and the foyer...
